"Staff were amazing, having a washer and dryer available on the second floor was very helpful, and while the room itself was good, we were worried about the warning of tripping a fuse by having too much on at once as well as the pealing wallpaper and wobbly walls in-between the beds. Otherwise, the rooms were good! "

"The location of the hotel was amazing. What wasn't good about this stay was that there were a lot of loud speaking on the floor, and the staff isn't there all the time to be able to ask the other guests to be quiet past midnight "

"こちらが焦って入り口を間違えてしまいましたが、親切に対応していただき、大変ありがたかったです。「いい天気になるといいですね」等あたたかな言葉もうれしかったです。荷物も事前にあずかってもらえたり、割と駅が近かったりと観光するにも便利でした。 室内もきれいに整えられており、子どもとゆったり過ごせました。唯一、テレビがないので、そこだけは子どもががっかりしていました。"
